How long do I have to collect the package?

You have 4 days to collect the package once you have received the SMS notification. After these 4 days, we will send you a reminder SMS again

Do all lockers cost the same ?

All our lockers, whatever their size M, L or XL have the same cost. 1 Credit is used for any of the 3 sizes

How do I indicate the size of the locker?

It is the carrier who chooses the size of the locker depending on the package. You don't have to worry about anything.

What happens if I have bought without having credits available?

Once you have registered and have your STASH customer number, you can make your purchases even if you do not have credits. Just before collecting the parcel you can easily buy more credits to collect your package. Fast and easy !

1 locker means 1 parcel ?

1 credit equals one locker. The carrier can deliver as many packages as the locker's dimensions allow in a single delivery, but please remember that the carrier will decide the best option. Additional deliveries throughout the day, or subsequent deliveries by the same or different carriers to the same customer, will be considered a new delivery.

What is the measurement of the diferent lockers ?

There are 56 M lockers measuring 41.8 Cms wide, 20 Cms high and 61.7 Cms deep. 30 L lockers measuring 41'7 Cms wide, 47'7 Cms high and 61.7 Cms deep. 4 XL lockers measuring 45 Cms wide, 1.74 Mts high and a depth of more than 2.5 Mts

The shipper doesn't deliver my package to the Lockers Stash

Stash Lockers work if both the customer and the carrier are previously registered on the website www.stash.ad. When the carrier delivers the parcel, he must be identified by its unique 4-digit code. This allows us to automatically send an E-mail with the delivery confirmation. If the carrier does not deliver the package to your Locker Stash, it is because it has not been previously registered at www.stash.ad. In any case, we also have a reception service for unregistered carriers from Monday to Friday from 11H30am to 1pm.

Do I have to personally collect the package?

When the carrier leaves the parcel in the Locker, you receive an SMS with the collection PIN. You can give this PIN to a friend to pick up your package. Once the package is collected, you will receive an SMS with the pickup confirmation!

How much time do I have have to collect the parcel ?

We have calculated about less than 1 Minut the collection time. You can park right in front of STASH in the loading - unloading area. Enter by typing the collection PIN in the outer PINPAD. Once inside, you have to type in your collection PIN again and your Locker will light up! You have more than 10 minutes to remove your package once you have opened the Locker. If you have already opened the Locker and for some reason closed it again, don´t worry ! the validity time of the PIN already used is 10 Minutes.

I sign up and do not receive a verification code

When you sign up for STASH, you must first check if you want to pick up packages or want to deliver packages if you are a carrier. In both cases the system sends a verification Mail to the Mail address you have indicated. If you don't receive any confirmation, please check your Spam mailbox

Are returns processed?

Returns are usually due to a supplier error or a change of mind by the customer. If you'd like us to handle your return, please contact us via WhatsApp at +34686518280. We'll do our best to make it easy for you.

Please check https://stash.ad/avis_legal.html

Remember you can park in front for a while, but on Tuesdays and Saturdays moorning there is a market and you will have to park in the municipal car park !

Expiration of credits

Credits do not expire and can be used at any time.

If you make your purchases through Amazon, you can recover 100% of the VAT! Just print your Amazon invoice before picking up your purchase from Stash. Park in front of Andorran customs with the purchased product, the invoice and your residence card. Customs will stamp your invoice. If the amount is bigger than €300, you will have to pay the Andorran VAT Tax (4,5%). Once the invoice is stamped, send it with a copy of your Andorran residence card to Email vat-refund-requests@amazon.es. In a few days you will receive the VAT refund on your credit card account.

On my way back to Andorra, do I need to stop in the Andorran Customs ?

Each product imported by an individual into Andorra must pay the General Indirect Tax (IGI) from €220. However, a private who collects goods in Stash and cross the Andorran Customs does not have to declare anything if the value does not exceed €900. If you want to recover the VAT on his purchase, there is an exemption from the IGI in Andorra if the value of the invoice does not exceed €300.
